Frank's Conversion Kits

Frank Gortsema starts with a standard model truck kit in 1/25 scale.  He then builds custom pieces to create a model not otherwise available.  The pieces he builds are cast and can be purchased here as Conversion  Kits.  Skilled model builders can use these conversion kits along with mass produced model truck kits to reproduce highly accurate custom models.  Even the decals are photo reproduced and authentic.

Frank's Kits include: Cab, or cab hood, interior, and only those items unique to that particular truck model, such as: cab steps, air cleaner, battery boxes, fuel tanks, bumper, etc.  Not all conversion kits have all these items.  Other parts such as chassis frame, wheels, tires, interior details including steering wheel, seats, etc. are to be obtained from the commercial kit selected to make the complete truck.
